This is a one-person project, so a reply can take a few days.
Reporting a problem
Please say which tool you were using and what you expected to happen. If a tool produced a wrong result, the input that caused it helps most.
Please do not send sensitive files. The tools never upload your files, and they are not needed to reproduce a report either.
Before you write
Each tool page has a section on where that tool commonly fails. A fair share of reports turn out to be cases the tool cannot fix, because the original information is already gone.
