This policy covers prelaps (prelaps.com) and every tool published on it.

1. General

prelaps does not collect personal information. There is no sign-up and no account.

Whatever you type or upload is processed entirely inside your browser. This is not only a promise in a document — the site has no server that receives your text. Closing or reloading the page discards it, and no browser storage is used, so nothing is left on your device either.

Accordingly the following are never collected: name, email address, phone number, account details, the contents of anything you type or upload, or file names.

2. Common to all tools

Advertising

The site does not currently serve ads, and no analytics tool is attached.

Once advertising is introduced, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. This document will be updated before that happens, along with whatever consent step is required at the time. Personalised advertising can be turned off at Google Ad Settings.

External requests

Some pages load their typeface from Google Fonts, so opening them sends a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your IP address and browser type may reach Google as part of that request. Only the connection information needed to deliver the font is involved — nothing you typed is included.

Server logs

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider, which may keep ordinary access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path — for operation and troubleshooting. The operator does not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 14, and no personal information is collected from visitors of any age.

Your rights

Because no personal information is stored, there is nothing to request access to, correct, or delete. If you believe otherwise, please get in touch.
